For more than 2 decades, we have proffered opinions and positions on legislations and pronouncements relating to and affecting the oil & gas, power, energy and mining sectors in Nigeria. Not only that, we have developed and maintain excellent working relationships with Federal and State Government agencies and bodies which network we bring to bear in advising our Clients.
We continue to advise and assist our substantial Clientele with the establishment of practical and statutorily compliant vehicles, alliances and arrangements for Client operations within the sectors including but not limited to preparation and review of all manner of commercial and operational agreements (JVs, SPVs, JOAs, Farm-In Arrangements etc) and their ancillary documentation in achieving our Clients’ objectives.
Through our Partners, we have met with and sat on various Committees relating to the Energy and Natural Resources Sector such as the Energy Committee of the Delta State Government’s vision 2020.
We are keen and active participants at local and international events impacting the Sector such as the popular Oil & Gas “Off Shore West Africa” series, DPR’s “Health and Safety Conferences amongst others.
