We understand that businesses are principally the creation of Law and our Clients’ successes depend on our timely, correct, competent and comprehensive advice.
We have developed proficiency in conducting due diligence with respect to corporate and commercial transactions for operations in or outside Nigeria. Our Commercial Practice Team consistently monitors government policies and guidelines as it affects our Client’s businesses, ensuring that our Clients are always on the right side of the law as they engage in their businesses and commercial transactions.
As a regular contributor to the Word Bank sponsored “Doing Business” publication since 2006, we have advised and continue to advise potential foreign and local investors (corporate or individual) interested in operating or investing in Nigeria across various sectors.
